What blockchains are supported?

We currently support 10 different blockchains with plans to roll out a lot more in the near future. We currently support Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Metis, Avalanche, Solana, Base, Tron, Arbitrum, Optimism and Polygon.

What is next for CryptoCart?

There is a lot in store for 2026 for CryptoCart. Our first major overhaul is we have migrated to our new ticker, "CART", retiring our "V2". All information surrounding the migration which was 1:1 can be found in HERE.

What coins can I use to pay?

How long does it take for my gift card to arrive?

Typically gift cards are delivered within a few minutes of your order being confirmed on the blockchain. Upon completion, the order status will update from "Processing" to "Order Complete", and you will receive an email notification letting you know the order is complete.

What do I do if my gift card doesn't arrive within a few minutes?

A majority of orders complete within a matter of minutes, if your order takes longer than 15 minutes to complete there is a direct email address on your orders page to notify us to investigate a processing order. These do normally instantly complete, but in the rare case it does not, we will aim to get it resolved within 24 hours.

Do I need to hold CART to use the CryptoCart platform?
