This Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page is designed to provide quick and comprehensive answers to the most common questions we receive surrounding CryptoCart.

**What blockchains are supported?**&#x20;

We currently support 10 different blockchains with plans to roll out a lot more in the near future. We currently support Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Metis, Avalanche, Solana, Base, Tron, Arbitrum, Optimism and Polygon.

**What is next for CryptoCart?**

**What coins can I use to pay?**&#x20;

We currently support over 100+ cryptocurrencies as payment options on our platform, which is growing by the week. You can view a full list of our accepted coins, and accepted blockchains here - <https://giftcards.cryptocart.cc/#supported-chains>

**How long does it take for my gift card to arrive?**&#x20;

Typically gift cards are delivered within a few minutes of your order being confirmed on the blockchain. Upon completion, the order status will update from "Processing" to "Order Complete", and you will receive an email notification letting you know the order is complete.

**What do I do if my gift card doesn't arrive within a few minutes?**&#x20;

A majority of orders complete within a matter of minutes, if your order takes longer than 15 minutes to complete there is a direct email address on your orders page to notify us to investigate a processing order. These do normally instantly complete, but in the rare case it does not, we will aim to get it resolved within 24 hours.

**Do I need to hold CART to use the CryptoCart platform?**

Absolutely not. Our platform is accessible to everyone. However, there are exclusive benefits for users that do hold our CART token including:

* Discounts at checkout for every purchase
* Eligibility for our exclusive holder-only cashback events

So, while it's not mandatory to hold CART to use the platform, it's definitely incentivized

**Where can I buy CART?**
